How to Make a Great Place

Placemaking adopts a collaborative approach with public and private sectors coming together. However, it is not just about getting stakeholders to get together and coordinating activities, it is also about engaging with the community and including people in a meaningful way. “Placemaking makes places even better with communities and stakeholders working together to shape and create places that deepen our connection to our city, our identities, our heritage and to each other.” This publication gives an overview of the many placemaking efforts and champions in Singapore. It serves as a resource guide for those interested in getting started or continuing with placemaking efforts in their communities. Find out more here.
