Community Streets is an event series by the Pietà Local Council and Dawra Madwarna, exploring how streets can gently transform into shared public spaces. By opening up space for people to meet, play, and gather, the initiative invites residents to reconnect with their neighbourhood and with one another. In these moments, a sense of community can begin to take shape — opening up new possibilities for how streets can be shared and experienced. The first event to start the series was held in March 2026 in Triq Hookham Frere with hopefully many to follow.
