Role: Graphic Designer
Contract type: Project-based
Duration: over the course of 5 months (starting from March)

Role
Dawra Madwarna is seeking a talented and creative graphic designer for the marketing of an upcoming event to be held on the 15th of May 2024.

Duties
The tasks will include the following (to be coordinated and approved by DM team):
● Conceptualisation and creation of artwork for the event (digital and print poster) based on brand guidelines
● Weekly social media posts (captions, banners, cover images) in the 6 weeks run-up of the event
● Documentation of the event in the form of a small booklet / flyer
● Coordinating the above with the project manager

Skills
The ideal candidate / s will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
● Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in marketing campaigns and event promotions.
● Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
● Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Application Process
Candidates are to submit their application by the 5th of March at 12pm, consisting of:
● Portfolio showcasing previous work relevant to event marketing

Selection will be made according to the following criteria:
● Experience
● Portfolio of works

The candidate will be available to start working as of 11th March 2024 to promote the event and will have to conclude the documentation by end of July 2024.
The remuneration available for this call is 600 euros inc. VAT as a lump sum.
