Role: Photographer / Videographer

Role
Dawra Madwarna is seeking a talented and creative photographer / videographer for the documentation of an upcoming event to be held on the 14th and 15th of May 2024.

Duties
The tasks will include the following:

• A proposal explaining the approach to documenting the event
• Documenting of a workshop during the day on the 14th of May and a public talk in the evening of the 15th May by means of photography and videography
• Capturing key highlights, speaker presentations, audience interactions, and workshop activities
• Editing of a 1 minute and a 10 second video for promotional purposes
• Providing edited photos by the 3rd of June and videos by the 10th June in digital format suitable for online and offline marketing materials
• Stills can be taken from the video footage

Skills
The ideal candidate / s will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

• Experience in event photography/videography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Proficiency in both photography and videography techniques
• Ability to capture compelling visuals that align with our organization’s branding and message
• Excellent post-production skills, including editing and color grading
• Availability to cover the entire duration of the event on the 14th May (day) and the 15th May (late afternoon / evening) 2024

Candidates are to submit their application by the 24th of April at 12pm, consisting of:

• A portfolio of related work
• A quotation for the services required

Selection will be made according to the following criteria:

• Experience & Portfolio

The candidate will be available on the 14th and 15th May 2024 to attend and document the event and will have to conclude the documentation as per the dates indicated above.
The remuneration available for this call is 800 euros inc. VAT as a lump sum. The candidate will be required to provide a fiscal receipt.
