The Site is owned and operated by ‘Dawra Madwarna’. ‘Dawra Madwarna’ is currently undergoing registration as an association with the Registrar of Legal Persons. The individuals currently representing and acting as administrators of ‘Dawra Madwarna’ are Nina Hattingh (ID Card No. 64061A), Faye Sciberras (ID Card No. 344080M), and Sara Scheiber (ID Card No. 17481M). Until further notice, any agreement entered into with ‘Dawra Madwarna’ should be considered as a binding legal agreement that has been entered into jointly with the aforementioned individuals.

The version of these Terms & Conditions is currently Version 1.1 and was last updated in June 2022. It is valid and applies to You until a new version is uploaded on the Site and is accepted by You.
